Concept Art - Arcane Excavator

Design Brief:
A ground vehicle that uses natural resources found in the ground as a means of locomotion for exploration & scavenging on the surface of an Earth-like desert with sand, rocky mountainous structures, very little plant life. In this world, just below the surface of the planet there is magic flowing in organic "veins" similar to mineral deposits on Earth. This is what is excavated to the fuel for the vehicle as well as other things like building/repairing.
Functionality:
The vehicle should be also used for a shelter or means of living nomadically on long trips
It only needs to accommodate 4 human characters.
Needs to dig through sand to excavate for materials used for fuel, building
